  • What products are included in the Singles Day Sale?
    • 25% Site wide*
  • What products are included in the Black Week Sale?
    • All items that are included in the Black Week Sale will be shown at the start of the Week
  •  What if I need to exchange a product I bought during the sale?
    • We except exchanges. If you purchase an item during Black Week and you want a different size of the same product, you are welcome to register the exchange here: Multireturn portal 
  • What if I placed my order before the sale started?
    • We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have very strict guidelines for the Black Week Sale and there will be no exceptions.
  • Where is my order?
    • There will be an increase in orders during Singles Day/Black Week, so please be patient as our lovely coworkers in the warehouse work to pack and ship all orders!
    • Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • Why can't I use my welcome code for 10% off?
    • Coupons cannot be combined with products that are on sale, but you can save the code for a future order 😊
