Can I make changes to my order?

We start processing your order as soon as it has been placed which means we cannot make any changes once it has been confirmed.

If you are quick to contact us after you place your order, we can check to see if your order has not yet been packed and we can possibly have your order cancelled and refund you. You can then place a new order from scratch.
