How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the tracking link which you will receive in a confirmation email once your order is completed (see image 1). 

You will also find the same tracking link in an email that you will receive from noreply@unifaunonline.se when your package has shipped and is on its way.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, we recommend checking your inbox and spam folder in case it has ended up there instead.

Click the link to follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.

If you are having trouble finding your tracking link, send our Customer Service team an email at info@equestrianstockholm.com and they will assist you!

You can also go to your account on the website and click on Orders (see image).
