If a delivery could not be completed due to obstacles on your part or was not collected from the delivery point, we charge a fee for handling the return. 

The fee charged is 350 SEK, 350 NOK, 35 EUR, 265 DKK, 35 GBP, 35CHF or 90 USD.
This fee corresponds to handling costs such as packing, administration and shipping.
