Return Information


We have created a new return process for you, our customers. Making returns has now become a lot easier and more efficient!

FYI We do not do exchanges, you will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order.

  • Go to 
  • Enter your Order number which starts with 000xxxxxx which you can find on your packing slip which you received with your package (not the GL number) and your email adress, press 'Submit'


  • Choose the product/products you would like to return
  • Please choose a reason for the return                
  • In the next step you can request a return label
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your return label and you can also choose to "Print" the label at this stage 
    • Print your pre paid shipping label.
    • If you have the option to print a commercial invoice, please do so and attach the invoice to your package for customs purposes (this will depend on which country you reside in ex. USA, UK etc)
    • Pack up your item(s) and place the returns form inside the package.
    • Seal the package and secure your shipping label to the package.
    • Drop your labelled return package at any drop off point. To find your nearest drop off point, you can visit the carrier website. 
    • Don’t forget to ask your drop off point for proof of your return. It will allow you to track the progress of your package, on its way back to our warehouse.
    • You will receive another update via email from us once you’ve dropped off the package.
  • Done!

Depending on where you reside the cost of return will differ. 

  • BE, DE, LU, and NL: 10€ 
  • Sweden: 99 SEK 
  • Countries within the EU (excluding SE, BE, DE, LU, and NL): 15€
  • UK: 19€
  • USA and Canada: 19 USD
  • Norway and Switzerland: 19€
  • Australia and New Zealand: 39 USD
  • All other countries: 39 USD
