- Please fill out our online returns form, providing your order number ‘ES-XXXXX’ (found in your order confirmation email)
Upon registration, you will receive detailed instructions in a confirmation email outlining the next steps in the return process.
- Print the attached return slip and take the parcel to your closest carrier
- For returns outside the EU: For international returns, you will receive both a custom invoice and a return shipping label. Download and attach the label on all sides of the package for smooth customs clearance.
