Return Information

We have created a new return process for you, our customers. Making returns has now become a lot easier and more efficient!
FYI We do not do exchanges, you will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- Go to https://returns.equestrianstockholm.com/
- Enter your Order number and email adress. The order number starts with GL/DE/NL/SE-xxxxx, you can find in your confirmation email when you placed your order. Press 'Submit'
- Choose the product/products you would like to return
- Please choose a reason for the return
- In the next step you can request a return label
- You will receive a confirmation email with your return label and you can also choose to "Print" the label at this stage
- Print your pre paid shipping label.
- If you have the option to print a commercial invoice, please do so and attach the invoice to your package for customs purposes (this will depend on which country you reside in ex. USA, UK etc)
- Pack up your item(s)
- Seal the package and secure your shipping label to the package.
- Drop your labelled return package at any drop off point. To find your nearest drop off point, you can visit the carrier website.
- Don’t forget to ask your drop off point for proof of your return. It will allow you to track the progress of your package, on its way back to our warehouse.
- You will receive another update via email from us once you’ve dropped off the package.
- Done!
Depending on where you reside the cost of return will differ.
- BE, DE, LU, and NL: 10€
- Sweden: 99 SEK
- Countries within the EU (excluding SE, BE, DE, LU, and NL): 15€
- UK: 19€
- USA and Canada: 19 USD
- Norway and Switzerland: 19€
- Australia and New Zealand: 39 USD
- All other countries: 39 USD
